The life force
Pranayama, a healing modality from India, means "breath control" in Sanskrit. This two-part breathing technique through the mouth activates chakras, releases blocks, and induces a deep theta state of relaxation and healing. Breathwork helps you become deeply present, allowing your spirit to vibrate within your body. This process facilitates healing, unblocking, and letting go of old emotions and traumas.
I often use reiki and other modalities (such as mediumship) in these sessions, we can tailor it to your needs on the day.
