I'm leading a breathwork Circle at The ICA LA downtown LA this Saturday 25th from 9-11am we will breathe and clear the lungs and let go more…artist and vocalist Odeya Nini will end the season with her incredibly moving voice. Tears will flow and healing will happen as we start to get back on our feet. I am looking forward to do this outside of the studio. Please share with any friends especially on the east side who are holding it all in. I think they have quite a big capacity. Wear pajamas if you like ! Be cosy bring matts etc.
